Difference between the Long & Short Weld-On Kits

The “Long” version has an additional 1″ in length and is helpful when cutting off existing housing ends while trying to maintain your existing overall wheel mount surface.

If you happen to be starting with a new rear-end housing or perhaps narrowing an existing, in most cases the “Short” kit would be your go to. Either way, the above provided dimensions should be considered when determining which Weld-On kit is best for your particular application.
